Extraordinary Service!

The service was extraordinary. Vicki spent unlimited time with me. I did not feel rushed to make a decision. By the time we completed the transaction of sale I felt I had known Vicki for years. When I called for some help on the product they immediately responded to the problem and were over on a Saturday morning to correct a small problem. I have already share with friends my experience. Highly Recommended!

What an easy, perfect experience we had with everyone at Specialty Supply! From the selection, design, fabrication, to the install, all was perfect! Highly recommended. My hardest part was selecting new carpeting to finish off the newly transformed room! Wish we had done this years ago.

Fabulous From Sales to Intall!

This company was fabulous from sales to install! Vicki and Tim answered all of our questions and made sure we were well informed before making a purchasing decision. Tim actually came out to our house to help us determine the best size and type of fireplace for our home. We have a large home with high ceilings and propane heat. We moved into the house in March and it was SO COLD and SO EXPENSIVE. The previous fireplace (installed by the cheap builder) was a non-efficient, improperly installed, NON-INSULATED fireplace that was there to look pretty, but not for heating the house. We decided to go with a 99% efficient vent-free fireplace.

Jim came out to do the install and he made us feel like he was a good friend doing our install. He was professional, yet humorous and was extremely knowledgeable about our new fireplace, among other things! This entire experience from the first time I contacted the company until this moment as I write this was a 5 star experience all around. I do not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation and encourage anyone looking for a fireplace to give them a call. You will not be disappointed!

Extremely Helpful!

Vicki was extremely helpful in giving me information about a product I wanted, but that was for a project in upstate NY. Even though it made sense to find it somewhere local to there, she spent time getting me information and referring me to someone closer to there.

Passion For What They Do!

I have been to every hearth retailer in south jersey wanting to change the look of my outdated fireplace. When I met Vickie and Tim at Specialty Supply, I could tell they had a passion for what they do. I gave tim what I envisioned this to look like and with some creative suggestions and good measuring made my vision a reality. Not only did this change the look of the fireplace, but it transformed the whole room. The installer did a fantastic job, very neat and clean. I will recommend them to anyone looking to update there old ugly dated fireplace. Again thanks Vickie and Tim and your team of experts for a job well done.

Exactly as Promised! Excellent Craftsmanship!

The crew at Speciality Supply did a great job with the conversion of our wood burning fireplace to a gas log unit. Tim reviewed various options with us to help us select a unit that would work best. The crew installed the unit in an existing mantel/hearth. Their work was done exactly the way they promised it to be. Excellent craftsmanship!

Specialty Fireplace Systems Went Above and Beyond "Great" Customer Service!

Recently I purchased a new fireplace installed by Specialty fireplace Systems . Their showroom had a wide range of what they had to offer, there were so many choices we had a hard time deciding. Thanks to Vicki the manager at Specialty Supply Fireplace Systems for educating us on all the different models we were able to get a beautiful fireplace that looks great and keeps the downstairs toasty. Specialty Fireplace Systems went above and beyond ?great? customer service. I would like to especially thank Tim Cronin the Owner for his expert knowledge so that the original BAD fireplace that was off center is now centered perfectly on the wall. Their prices are reasonable and their installation was very quick, and clean. They also offer a range of other services that relate to fireplaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the installation (thank you Jim). Even if you are only browsing, the showroom is worth looking at.

Amazing!

Easiest Major Decision I Have Ever Made!

I can't tell you how much I am impressed with everyone at Specialty. I was undertaking an entertainment room project and Vicki was extremely helpful in the decision making process. Superb Customer Service/Quality Workmanship

Specialty Supply Co offers the customer service and quality workmanship that is rarely found today. I had a MAJOR issue with a gas fireplace that was installed through my builder. The company that had done the original installation had gone out of business and I was refered to Tim and Vicki at Specialty Supply. They treated me as if I was a returning customer and went above and beyond to get my fireplace replaced. Their customer service was amazing as they are friendly, professional and timely with follow up. Their installation professional, Jim, was timely, curteous, professional and a true expert in what he was doing. My overall experience with this company has been second to none and stands out in my mind as one of the best experiences I've ever had in dealing with home projects. The craftmanship of my new mantle is beautiful and high quality, the work done on premisis was meticulous and clean! It is refreshing to know that there is one company out there that gets it!!

They Got It Right for Us!

We moved into an "Over 55" community during the past year, and we needed more choices for the fireplace than the builder was offering.
